Orders & Payment
Upon receipt of your order request and any additional necessary details, we will provide a finalized quote.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order & fulfillment date.
For orders serving less than 100, the remaining balance must be paid in full one week prior to your order fulfillment date.
For orders serving 100+, the remaining balance must be paid in full two weeks prior to your order fulfillment date.
Orders not paid in full by this deadline may be canceled.
Pickup & Liability
Wynne Bakehouse is not responsible for any damages after pickup or delivery. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure proper transportation and storage. We recommend that cakes and baked goods be kept in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
Allergies & Food Safety
All products are made in a permitted residential kitchen that contains common allergens, including gluten, dairy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. Wynne Bakehouse cannot guarantee an allergen-free product. Guests with severe allergies should use discretion.
We recommend that clients inform their guests of any potential allergy risks.
Refunds & Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. Orders canceled more than 7 days in advance of the event date to be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are not eligible for a refund.
Photography & Marketing
We reserve the right to photograph our baked goods and use these images for marketing, including social media and promotional materials. If you prefer your cake not to be shared, please notify us at the time of order.
